Customer Portal

Access your Appointments!

If this is your first time here, welcome. Please enter your email and password or create a password. If you are not prompted to create a password, click “forgot password.” You will be emailed with a link to create a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your junk or spam email folder.

From the Customer Portal, you can see your upcoming meeting appointments. Clicking on the appointment will provide the details of your meeting. Included is the Zoom link for your visit.

Clicking on the arrow to the right of your email at the top allows you to update your profile (the birthday field is not mandatory), change your password or even delete your profile altogether. Deleting your profile does not delete or cancel your scheduled appointment.

In addition to viewing your upcoming appointment, if you need to reschedule, you can do so by clicking on the “pencil” icon. You will then be able to select a new date and time.

If you decide to cancel your meeting appointment for whatever reason, keep in mind you cancel up to 2 days before your scheduled meeting. See our information on Rescheduling, Canceling and Refunds here.
